Clients reviews about Best American Movers Local and Long Distance Moving Company Hollywood Fort Lauderdale Miami

These guys are great!!! I was in need of a fast turn around on moving quote and had very little time to move and they were able to help me all the way with an excellent service and follow through. The three man crew I was assigned was on time and made sure I was out of there in as little time as possible. I had packed most of my stuff but whatever was left they packed with great care and made sure all furniture items were carefully wrapped, they even took apart (and put back together) a piece of furniture that was not going to fit through the door. On the new site they offloaded everything with the same care a swiftness as before. making sure they were not obstructing the neighbors or moving the truck when needed. I would definitely recommend using them for your move. ~ Nicole T

My move from Delray Beach to Marietta, GA just outside Atlanta, was an easy one. At least I thought so before I started packing my stuff. I decided to leave most of my furniture behind and take only few antic pieces me and my wife love so much. I came up with about 50 boxes first day packing and still I had a lot of stuff left for the movers to pack. They came next day and the number of boxes doubled. Foreman Russel told me that my antique furniture needs special crating and there is no way I can send it just like regular furniture. There was an additional charge for that of course but I don't want nothing to happen to my beloved antique pieces. My stuff arrived in 6 days which was perfect timing for us we had time to set new furniture in our house. Everything was safe and sound. I will totally recommend. ~ R K

I have never experienced such a pleasant and easy moving experience as I did with using Alex and the whole crew at Grovestars Moving. I will definitely recommend to friends, family and co-workers. Their prices were great and I did not pay a penny more than what was on the estimate. They took good care of my belongings and not a single thing was broken. After seeing how careful and detailed they were packing and moving I decided to trust them with my grandmothers Italian pottery collection that has been handed down for 2 generations. Not a single valuable scratched or broken! It is really hard to find companies that take such pride in taking care of their customers. Alex and the crew treated me like family and now I take pride in leaving this review and recommending them. Next time I move I will definitely use Grovestars Moving. Thank you guys! ~ Rafael C

I recently had the best experience with Best American Movers while relocating from Fort Lauderdale to Davie, FL. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. The team was incredibly professional and efficient, making the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. They arrived on time, handled all of my belongings with great care, and ensured that everything was safely transported to my new home. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart from other moving companies. Our move was on May 17 from Hallandale to Miami Beach and it was by far the best moving experience we've ever had! From start to finish, everyone we worked with was professional, efficient and helpful! Alex was our moving consultant and he was flexible and patient. The two men who moved our furniture arrived right on time and were efficient yet careful. Everything was in perfect shape when they delivered it, and they assembled all the furniture without any problems!! The pricing was more than fair and there were no hidden costs . All in all - best movers ever, and we will definitely use them again!!! ~ David S

Recently we moved from Hollywood to Miami and really happy with the servises provided by Best American Movers company!! They arrived on time, packed everything neatly and stored professionally. It’s already second time i am using this company- first when we have to move some container for the business purposes-the company gawe a good estimated price and it matched the final price ( i had bad experience before when my final price was 2 times the estimated) So my first experience was very satisfied and we decided to use the services while moving personally- it was no stress, easy experience. Definitely recommend Best American movers !!! ~ TETYANA S

We have a big family with lots of stuff (tiny stuff) sentimental stuff and we decided to go with this company because of the customer service we got. From the first call we received from Jay we knew this company would deliver. He gave us a great price and took his time going through our inventory of our home. We scheduled everything and within 3 weeks we were already signed, sealed and packed and delivered. Thanks to the moving guys for being so careful. Thanks for the customer service from start to finish. Great experience. ~ Vixyn J

I was extremely happy with my move from New York to Florida. All the people in the office were very polite and always stayed in touch with me throughout the move. I was supplied phone numbers of people in the office to call if i was having any problems. ( I never had to call any of those numbers with any problems ) My moving man's name was Alex. He was by far the hardest working and polite person I have ever worked with. I suggest you use Grovestars moving when you have a upcoming move to make. ~ Anna B

Recently moved from my house in Hollywood to Dania Beach and my husband’s home in Miami Garden. Logistically, a lot going on, The guys at Best American Movers were great and very professional. I have a lot of antiques and furniture that I have had for years that I inherited from my late mother. Everything was delivered intact and no damage whatsoever. My husband’s items were treated with the utmost care and my husband, a disabled veteran, was treated with the utmost respect. Thank you so much! Highly recommend! ~ Sharon X

I had an outstanding experience with this moving company from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely efficient. They handled our belongings with great care and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and organized. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking moving team! ~ Janel D

I used this company last year and it was excellent. Then I made the horrible mistake of using different movers for a temp move until my new place was ready and it was like night & day — not even close. So when my place was ready I was eager to use GroveStars and again they didn’t disappoint on both cost & service. I recommend anyone that have the opportunity to use them — go ahead it will probably be your best & most cost efficient move using a moving company. ~ Eric W

I was moving two hours from where I live and after checking between two other transportation companies, Best American Movers came out the most cost-wise. During the underlying process, the facilitator I handled was exceptionally expert, prompt and productive. At that point the specialist revealed everything to me and made sure I had what I needed. The profitability of Best American Movers was generally excellent. Everything showed up great and flawless. ~ Adison P

I moved my mother from New Jersey to Florida with Best American Movers. I was really nervous because I couldn't be there when they loaded her belongings. They assured me that everything was going to be a smooth transition especially for my mom. The movers were prompt and professional. Bob and Lisa kept in constant contact and everything went smoothly and I would highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again without a doubt. ~ Chrystal M

Andrei and his team did a great job. They were patient, careful and helpful during the blanketing and additional packing process required. Very pleasant and on time. There were some up charges that quickly elevated the price somewhat, but this was expected. I would without hesitation use their moving team again. We booked them through safe ship. ~ Jeffrey M

Michael and Dimitry, Andrei and Nicolas showed up on time and packed and loaded my mother’s home perfectly. They were polite, respectful and clean. As a tram they worked quickly and cooperatively. This was a huge job and they remained professional the whole time. We would use them again without hesitation. Thanks for your help. We will highly recommend them for your move. ~ Michael L

I am very satisfied with this company. They were quick, competent, and professional. Start of the move was on-time and the crew worked really hard and efficiently to pack in their van everything from our old big house and unload into a much smaller house. They also took exceptionally care of the furniture and the walls of the houses to avoid damage. Very well done. Thank you, guys! ~ Douglas R
